Chicago duo Wild Belle — siblings Natalie and Elliot Bergman — gave another exhilarating performance Friday night at the sold-out Echoplex, touring behind their recently released sophomore “Dreamland.” Opening were art-pop quintet James Supercave, playing on their home turf behind their debut album “Better Strange.”
