Lobsterfest, where crustaceans, carnival rides and choruses collide, has announced a lineup that includes local favorites Kitten, the Colourist, Dear Boy, Blondfire and Banta, among others.
The three-day event — full name: The Port of Los Angeles Lobster Festival — this year moves from its traditional September weekend to July 22, 23 and 24. It goes off at a new waterfront location in San Pedro as well, adjacent to the USS Iowa, north of its previous home.
Adult general admission tickets are $12 per day and available at the door. They do not include the price of a lobster dinner. VIP tickets are $65 and include admission all weekend, plus meals, front-line privileges and other goodies.
