U.K. four-piece the Hunna have been around less than a year, but apparently that’s plenty long enough to come up with cool nicknames and hone an attitude to match. Oh, and they also come armed with the outsized hooks that have been a staple of stadium rockers forever. The band — singer-guitarist Ryan Potter (aka Valentino), guitarist Dan Dorney (aka Bandanna Dan), bassist Jermaine Angin (aka The Prince) and drummer Jack Metcalfe (aka Insta King) — have released but a handful of singles, but their full-length “100” is on the way Aug. 26. And in about six minutes below, you see why they’ve been the rage in England so far this year.
