The second Woogie Weekend, the festival spun off by the DoLab from the popular stage at Lightning in a Bottle, attracted a throng of followers to sun-baked Oak Canyon Ranch on July 8-10 for three days of music and merry-making — the latter including games, a slip-n-slide, live painting, after-hours parties and even serious yoga sessions. Musical highlights included Mark Farina, Blond:ish, Damian Lazarus, Lee Reynolds, Thyladomid, Jon Hopkins and Subtract, with more satiating attendees’ eclectic electronic tastes.
