New York synth-poppers Great Good Fine Ok were that and more to a young crowd at the Echo on Wednesday, the duo of Jon Sandler and Luke Moellman bringing a full band — horns on four songs and all — to their West Coast tour stop. Kicking off the show with three songs from their 2015 EP “2M2H” — “Carried Away,” “Without You” and “Too Much to Handle” — the band kept the energy high for their most recent three singles (“Take It or Leave It,” and this year’s “Already Love” and “Always”) and finished with songs from their 2014 debut EP, “By My Side” and “Not Going Home.”

Morgxn and Marc Baker opened the night.
