The Wombats had a young crowd on a sugar high all night Wednesday at the Fonda Theatre, dispensing exuberant, sweet guitar pop from their latest album “Glitterbug,” along with some older favorites. Fans lined up early for the sold-out show< the next-to-last on their North American headlining tour. The Livepudlians got the crowd jumping, hands in the air, for songs such as "Give Me a Try" and "Be Your Shadow." L.A.'s Coast Modern opened with an equally energetic set.
