Video: GTA ft. Vince Staples, ‘Little Bit Of This’

GTA’s debut full-length album “Good Times Ahead” is coming Oct. 7 via Warner Bros, but the Miami production duo of Julio Mejia and Matt Toth already have a long list of big-name collaborations and remixes under their belt, including Jay-Z, Rihanna, Diplo, Martin Solveig, Rick Ross, Skrillex, deadmau5, Kaskade, Flosstradamus, A-Trak, and Rick Rubin. Continuing their mission to bring “death to genres,” the new album is all about crafting their own interpretation of dance and beats music. For this mission’s success, GTA enlisted the vocal talents of Tinashe, Iamsu!, Jarina De Marco, RKCB, Karina, and Long Beach rapper Vince Staples. In the David Helman-directed video for “A Little Bit Of This,” Staples casually sits on top of a vintage BMW in an industrial lot, while other Beamers perform doughnuts around him and kick up dirt. Perhaps it’s some kind of visual metaphor for his prowess, or just very cool looking.
