► Three years after their last visit to the Greek Theatre, Local Natives return for a show tonight in support of their new album “Sunlit Youth.” Charlotte Day Wilson opens.
► Dawes’ new album “We’re All Gonna Die” is out today, and they do an intimate show at the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
► On the day their new album “Kick at the Dust” is out, PAPA wind up a free Friday night residency at the Bootleg Theater, with Van William and JUNK supporting.
► Their new album “Saintmotelvision” on the way in October, Saint Motel visits at the Belasco Theater.
► At the Hollywood Pantage, it’s “Good Times” with the Monkees.
► The Greyboy Allstars, joined by the Pimps of Joytime, visit the Teragram Ballroom.
► Nikolai Fraiture of the Strokes leads his side project Summer Moon through an early show at the Satellite that will be taped for Carson Daly’s show. Show at 5, line up early.
► Porches headline the Echoplex, supported by Japanese Breakfast and Rivergazer.
► And the Gooch Palms celebrate the release of their new album “Introverted Extroverts” with a show at hte Smell. Janelane, Clit Kat and Keif Season join in.
