There was plenty of smiling and leaping and bounding and even some sonic time travel on Wednesday night when the Lemon Twigs played a sold-out show at the Echo. The Long Island band, conceived by brothers Brian and Michael D’Addario (19 and 17, respectively) played the retro, lo-fi jams from their just-released debut album “Do Hollywood,” made with Foxygen’s Jonathan Rado. Starcrawler opened the night.
