Cold War Kids headline the El Rey Theatre as part of radio station ALT 98.7’s December 2 Remember series. Get there early for the Shelters.
► Another installment of that aforementioned series brings the Lumineers to the Fonda Theatre.
► It’s Australian fun bunch Rüfüs Du Sol at the Wiltern.
The Slackers kick off a three-night run at the Troubadour, with Viernes 13 supporting.
► Latin Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Gaby Moreno headlines the Roxy in support of her album “Ilusion,” with Bjorn and the Sun opening.
► And Venus & the Moon — the new duo featuring Frally Hynes and Rain Phoenix — play the Satellite, joined by Chris Stills and Kenneth Brian.
