► Country and roots music takes over at Coachella as Stagecoach kicks off its three-day run at the Empire Polo Club, with Dierks Bentley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Cole Swindell, Randy Houser and more.
► Miracle Legion, the Connecticut rockers who were critical and college rock faves from 1984 to ’96, play their first L.A. show in tow decades, their final album “Portrait of a Damaged Family” (actually released after the band broke up) having been reissued.
► It’s Part 2 of the Magnetic Fields “50 Song Memoir” tonight at UCLA’s Royce Hall.
► Deadmau5 returns for another night at the Shrine Expo Ball, joined by Feed Me.
► The Buttertones play a sold-out show at the Hi Hat in support of their new album “Gravedigging,” supported by Matter Room, Espresso, Violet Mindfield and Silent X.
► And Big Freedia brings the party to the Regent Theater, supported by Boyfriend and Moods.
