The Getty Center has announced the full lineup for its series Off the 405 (previously known as Saturdays Off the 405), the popular free events that bring music to the museum’s courtyard for twilight concerts.
After Nite Jewel (whose new album “Real High” comes out Friday) kicks off the series on May 20, White Fence, La Luz, Steve Gunn and Savoy Motel fill out the summertime lineup.
The events, which run from 6 to 9 p.m., are free, with a cash bar and food available. Parking at the Getty is $15 — $10 after 3 p.m.
The Getty’s Friday Night Flights series, which brings multi-disciplinary entertainment to the museum’s gardens three times in the summer, is also in the works. The programs have not been announced, but the dates are June 16, July 14 and Aug. 25.
The dates:
Off the 405
May 20: Nite Jewel
June 10: White Fence
June 24: La Luz
July 29: Steve Gunn
August 26: Savoy Motel
