► Ryan Adams plays the Greek Theatre in support of his latest album “Prisoner,” with Karen Elson supporting.
► Justin Townes Earle, whose new album “Kids in the Street” came out last week, headlines the El Rey Theathre, with the Sadies opening.
► It’s Lambchop at the Bootleg Theater, joined by Brokeback, the side project of Tortoise’s Douglas McCombs.
► New York synth-pop duo Great Good Fine OK holds down the party at the Teragram Ballroom.
► It’s a sold-out Night 2 with Vulfpeck at the Regent Theater.
► Avi Buffalo plays an early show at the Echo (5:30 p.m. doors), along with Dante Elephante and Rufrano.
► Wallows, the band fronted by “13 Reasons Why” star Dylan Minnette, plays a sold-out show at the Torubadour, with Precious Kid opening.
► And the world’s largest stringed instrument — William Close & the Earth Harp Collective — scrapes the skies at Grand Performances at California Plaza (5 p.m.).
