On the heels of announcing their debut album, Warbly Jets descended on the Roxy Theatre on Wednesday night, with more than a little bit of old-school swagger. With lead singer Samuel Shea making the whole stage his playground, the quartet played last week’s new single “4th Coming Bomb,” along with “The Lowdown” and last year’s attention-getter “Alive” from that self-titled album, which will be out in October.
King Shelter preceded the headliners with some fireworks of their own, performing songs from their album “Gimme Knowledge,” and the rock trio Pinky Pinky started the night.
