Demetri Martin wants to get awkward. The stand-up comedian, writer, actor and director returns to his roots with a new live show in Los Angeles. He’ll be performing at the Theatre at Ace Hotel on Saturday, Aug. 19. Demetri has written for hit shows such as “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” and “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.” Most recently, he wrote and directed his first acclaimed feature film, “Dean.” Tickets for his L.A. stop on the Let’s Get Awkward Tour are on sale now.
