Morrissey today announced that his new album “Low in High-School” would be out on Nov. 17.

Along with that new album, the 58-year-old also scheduled a date at the Hollywood Bowl for Nov. 10.

According to the press release, the new album was recorded in France at La Fabrique Studios and in Rome at Ennio Morricone’s Forum Studios and was produced by Joe Chiccarelli (The Strokes, Beck, the White Stripes, among others). It will arrive via Moz’s new label Etienne Records, a partnership with BMG.

Billy Idol will open the Bowl show.
