Emo Nite to stage one-day festival, Emo Nite Day, in December

Emo Nite, the orgiastically nostalgic club night that has blossomed into a national phenomenon and corporate-sponsored “brand,” is going big.

In conjunction with Goldenvoice, organizers today announced that Emo Nite Day will be held Dec. 3 at the Shrine Expo Hall. It will be a multiple-stage affair, with live performances, DJs, food trucks, carnival games and more. It will be the three-year anniversary of the night.

The lineup of live performers has not yet been announced.

“Earlyboy” tickets ($49.50 for the fest, $99.50 with some swag) are on sale here. After the presale, the GA price bumps to $59.50.
