► The Pains of Being Pure at Heart play the Teragram Ballroom in support of their new album “The Echo of Pleasure,” with the Courtneys and the Prids supporting.
► L.A. thrash trio Facial celebrates the release of their album “Facade” with a show at the Echo. Kim & the Created, the Bomb and Flaural open.
► Grizzly Bear play an intimate (and sold-out) gig at the Moroccan Lounge.
► Texas country trio Midland plays the Troubadour in support of last week’s release of their debut full-length, “On the Rocks.” Desure opens.
