► With their new album “Death Song” just out, the Black Angels rock the Mayan Theatre, with Ron Gallo supporting.
► Touché Amoré does the second of two nights at the Teragram Ballroom, joined by City of Caterpillar and Thou.
► Irish singer-songwriter James Vincent McMorrow plays the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever in support of his new album “True Care.”
► L.A. trio TEST celebrate the release of their album “Brain In / Brain Out” with a show at the Hit Hat, joined by Facial and True Ghouls.
► New Zealand’s Yumi Zouma play the Bootleg Theater behind their new album “Willowbank,” their sophomore record. Get there early for Chad Valley.
