► Jane’s Addiction give a big benefit concert at the Hollywood Palladium in conjunction with Rhonda’s Kiss, an organization that helps cancer patients. The supergroup Hellcat Saints also perform.
► The Wild Reeds headline the Lodge Room, joined by Mt. Joy and Mapache.
► Soul singer Jamila Woods, touring in support of her album “HEAVN,” visits the Teragram Ballroom.
► James Blake does the first of three nights at the Cathedral Sanctuary at Immanuel Presbyterian, joined by Connan Mockasin.
► Roots rocker Laura Jean Anderson previews some music she will be releasing next year at the Bootleg Theater. Dot and Matt Rose open.
► New York duo Overcoats headline the Troubadour in support of their debut album “YOUNG,” released earlier this year, with Caroline Smith supporting.
