It’s been five years since Herbert Bail Orchestra released “The Future’s In The Past.” A band that fuses the feel of sounds past and present, the 10-piece continue an exploration of time with a new album, “History’s Made At Night.” On the first single, “Chains,” the band takes a soft but expansive approach to instrumentation, while frontman Anthony Frattolillo’s husky voice carries the emotional weight. Frattolillo directed the video as well, which follows a boy around as he confronts defeat and fear, with a little side of budding romance.
