The new single from Canadian indie-rockers Stars arrives concurrently with spring fever, and it sounds like it. Let’s meet up at the park, boy tells girl, where “You played me The Cure / ‘Friday I’m in Love’ / It’s so good it hurts.” Like their acclaimed 2017 album “There Is No Love in Fluorescent Light,” it’s as beautifully bittersweet as the band has been for going on two decades. Stars, who did a three-night residency in L.A. last November, also announced a tour that includes two local dates. Spring has sprung.
