“Nont For Sale” announces the release of a new Sudan Archives EP, out May 25 on Stones Throw Records, to follow up last summer’s eponymous debut. Titled “Sink,” the violin plucking singer says the EP “describes the way I want my music to make you feel. It’s inspired by my love of fluidity, movement of jellyfish and water.” Continuing her exploration of the violin’s percussive qualities intersecting with electronic beats, this first single was inspired by a hand-painted banner Sudan saw during her trip to Ghana that read “THIS LAND IS NONT 4 SALE.”
