The Independent FM

My “Coachella recess” is over. The Buzz Bands LA Show returns to The Independent FM today at noon, with two hours of local music that includes so many new tracks my head spinning.

Where to start? I’ll have fresh rockers from Meg Myers, Warbly Jets, the Veers, Blacktop Queen, Tennis System, Emerson Star, James Supercave and TAMPA; nuggets from forthcoming albums by the Record Company, Mating Ritual, Hit Bargain and Former Faces; jams from just-released albums by Cary Brothers, Mines Falls and Bishop Briggs; and other assorted delights from the likes of Seven Saturdays, Doe Paoro, Taleen Kali, Plexxaglass and Tangients. And other things I squeezed in along the way.
