Set times have been announced for this weekend’s Kaya Fest, which brings Ms. Lauryn Hill, Cypress Hill and a host of Marleys — Stephen, Ziggy, Damian, Julian and Ky-Mani among them — to the NOS Event Center in San Bernardino.

The festival starts with symposium on cannabis, “Education Before Recreation,” from noon to 5 p.m. today at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel in San Bernandino.

Music at the Kaya Fest, which commemorates the 40th anniversary of Bob Marley’s “Kaya” album, kicks off at 1 p.m. each day.

Advance tickets are $125 for the weekend, $65 for one-day passes.
