► Harley Cortez, whose debut full-length “Tangier” comes out at the end of the month, plays the Moroccan Lounge, along with Blackpaw and the Tissues.
► Gabriel Garzón-Montano performs at tonight’s installment of the free FIGFest at FIGat7th in downtown L.A., joined by Jarina De Marco.
► Chicago psych-rockers Post Animal visit the Bootleg Theater behind their album “When I Think of You in a Castle.” Slow Pulp and BOYO open.
► Warm Thoughts (fka Dad Punchers, the solo project of Elliot Babin of Touché Amoré) celebrate the release of their album “I Went Swimming Alone” at the Hi Hat, with Toys That Kill, Graf Orlock and Upset supporting.
► U.K. synth-pop whiz Chad Valley visits the Echo in support of his new album “Imaginary Music.”
► L.A. reggae quintet Quinto Sol play a free show at Levitt Pavilion MacArthur Park, joined by Alika.
