Monday’s L.A. shows:
► 20 Years of Anticon — a celebration of the life of the label’s late co-founder Brendon “Alias” Whitney — brings the likes of Baths, Yoni Wolf, Doseone, Aceyalone, Dntel, Daddy Kevin, Matthewdavid and many more to the Teragram Ballroom. Proceeds from the benefit show go to Whitney’s wife Jenn and two children.
► It’s Rod Stewart and Cyndi Lauper at the Hollywood Bowl.
► Meg Myers does a sold-out show at the Echo, with Dark Rooms supporting.
► Albert Hammond Jr. heads up the lineup at It’s a School Night at Bardot, joined by Warm Brew, the Aces, August 08 and Gavin Haley.
► Max Frost, whose Fitz-produced album is on the way this summer, headlines the Bootleg Theater.
► And Peach Pit does a sold-out show at the Moroccan Lounge.
