L.A. concerts for Thursday:

► Scotland’s We Were Promised Jetpacks headline the El Rey Theatre in support of their new album, “The More I Sleep the Less I Dreamn,” their fourth full-length. Jenn Champion opens.
► Tom Morello does the first of his two sold-out Atlas Underground Experience shows at the Lodge Room.
► BEAK> — the U.K. trio of Geoff Barrow (Portishead), Billy Fuller (Robert Plant’s bassist) and Matt Williams (Moon Gangs) — play the Echoplex, joined by A Place to Bury Strangers.
► Andrew Bird is joined by Gustavo Dudamel & Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
► Van William, along with Allie Crow Buckley, plays the Bootleg Theaer, with Mike Viola kicking off the night.
► And it’s a second night with the Buttertones at the Fonda Theatre. Twin Temple and Prettiest Eyes open.

Note: Ozzy Osbourne and Stone Sour at the Hollywood Bowl has been postponed and rescheduled for Monday, Oct. 15
