► Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic World Tour lands at Staples Center for the first of four nights. Boyz II Men opens.
► Canadian singer Jessie Reyez, whose new EP “To Be Human in Public” came out last week, headlines the El Rey Theatre.
► Zhu and TOKiMONSTA team up for a night at the Fox Theater Pomona.
► Edie Brickell & New Bohemians play the Fonda Theatre in support of their new album (and first in 12 years) “Rocket,” released early this month.
► Luke Top celebrates the release of his EP “The Dumb-Show” at Zebulon, joined by Big Search.
► Carl Broemel (of My Morning Jacket) plays the Bootleg Theater in support of “Wished Out,” his fourth solo album. Steelism opens.
► Cleveland rockers Welshly Arms visit the Troubadour in support of their new album “No Place Is Home,” with Glorious Sons and Charming Liars opening.
► And Ohio folk-rock quintet Saintseneca, whose new album “Pillar of Na” came out in August, play the Echo, with Field Medic and Trace Mountains supporting.
