Chris Cornell tribute scheduled for Jan. 16 at the Forum

Members of Soundgarden, Audioslave and Temple of the Dog — along with the likes of Foo Fighters, Metallica and Ryan Adams — will perform at the benefit concert I Am the Highway: A Tribute to Chris Cornell.

The concert, Jan. 16 at the Forum, will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and will benefit the Chris and Vicky Cornell Foundation, which was established in 2012.

This Friday, a Cornell career retrospective will be released in various formats. It’s the first release since Cornell died in May 2017.

Tickets for the concert go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.
