► Singer-songwriter Andy Shauf will preview some new songs in the works for his follow-up to the acclaimed 2016 album “The Party” at the first of his two nights at the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever.
► The legendary Petula Clark holds forth at the Rose. The 86-year-old “First Lady of the British Invasion” released a new album this year, “Vu d’ici,” 54 years after her single “Downtown” topped the charts.
► Charlie Hickey [see “Waiting Games”] plays a show at the Bootleg Theater, with Okay Embrace and Bella Porter supporting.
► Brooklyn quartet Altopalo visits the Moroccan Lounge, joined by Kiah Victoria and Battery.
► And Indiana emo quartet Mock Orange, touring to celebrate the 20-year anniversary of their album “Nines & Sixes,” visit the Echo, with the Band Apart opening.
