► With their fifth album “Gallipoli” just out last month, Zach Condon and Beirut visit the Wiltern.
► Band of Horses visit the Observatory for a sold-out show, joined by She Returns From War.
► San Diego quintet Dead American headline the Echo, supported by 8 Graves, and Calmgrove and Hunter DeBlanc.
► Oakland singer-rapper Elujay plays the Moroccan Lounge. Eileen Sho Ji and Carter Ace open.
► And L.A.-based Australian garage-poppers the Gooch Palms kick off a long U.S. tour with a show at the Satellite, supported by Susan and Red Channel.
