► D.C. hardcore punk legends Bad Brains’ lead singer HR headlines the Whisky a Go-Go solo, with L.A.-via-Detroit funk-punkers Downtown Brown supporting as opener and backing band. 
► Durand Jones & the Indications bring their ’70s soul to the Teragram Ballroom behind their new album “American Love Call.” Ginger Root opens.
