YOLA Fest — the brainchild of Swedish singer-songwriter Lykke Li — will debut June 8 at L.A. State Historic Park with an all-female lineup.

Billed as a “celebration of the arts, culture and music by today’s women,” the inaugural event will feature Li, Charli XCX, Cat Power and an acoustic set from Courtney Love & the Chateau Band — the latter coming just past the 25th anniversary of the release of Hole’s album “Live Through This.” CupcakKe, Megan Thee Stallion and Ambar Lucid are also on the lineup, with more to be announced.

The festival draws its name from sponsor YOLA Mezcal — a female-run mezcal brand based in Oaxaca, Mexico, founded by Yola Jimenez, Li and Gina Correll Aglietti, which employs only women in their hand-bottling facility and sales force.

A portion of every ticket sold will benefit the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles.

Tickets (no price listed) go on sale here at 10 a.m. Friday.
