Ty Segall schedules 10-show residency at Teragram Ballroom

How much do people love Ty Segall? How many people love Ty Segall? Are there enough to fill the 625-capacity Teragram Ballroom on 10 consecutive Friday nights at a ticket price of $28? How many would purchase a pass for all 10 concerts for $200?

We will find out. The prolific L.A. rocker has scheduled a 10-show residency at the Teragram, where he will play every Friday night from July 26 to Sept. 27. As Ty Segall & Freedom Band (in which he is joined by Mikal Cronin, Shannon Lay, Charles Moothart, Emmett Kelly, and Ben Boye), he will be performing one of his albums in it entirety on those nights, as well as other songs from his catalog. He has scheduled similar album shows in Brooklyn, London and Europe (full itinerary)

The first 500 people to purchase three or more tickets to different L.A .shows will receive a limited 7-inch of new, unreleased music. And, yes, there’s a $200 pass for all 10 L.A. shows. Tickets go on sale at 8 a.m. Friday.
