Madonna schedules five nights at the Wiltern (Update: It’s now nine nights)

* Update: The residency at the Wiltern has been extended to nine shows.

Madonna, whose new album “Madame X” arrives June 14, has scheduled a three-city, 16-date run of intimate shows beginning this fall. After seven night at New York’s BAM Howard Gilman Opera House in September and four at the Chicago Theatre in October, she will hit Los Angeles for five nights at the Wiltern.

Ticket requests for the shows are being accepted between now and 9 a.m. Friday at this link. By Friday, May 17, fans whose requests have been confirmed will be notified of fulfillment and corresponding show information. All fans will be notified even if their requests were not accommodated. Tickets will be fulfilled at Ticketmaster Secure Mobile Tickets. Every ticket-holder will receive a “Madame X” CD.

Members of Madonna’s fan club will have first crack by signing in here. Citi cardmembers will also have special access.

Prices range from $60 to $760, though 10 tickets per show will be sold at a price of $10.
