L.A. concerts for Thursday:

► Garbage, who have been in the studio working on their seventh album, headline the Shrine Auditorium. Get there early for Ioanna Gika, whose debut solo album “Thalassa” came out in April.
► Jesse Rutherford (aka Jesse, of the Neighbourhood) does a sold-out solo show at the Regent Theater, joined by Goody Grace and Hearts.
► The Dandy Warhols’ 25th-anniversary tour comes to the Theatre at Ace Hotel, with Cosmonauts and the Vacant Lots supporting.
► The Chemical Brothers are back for a second night in L.A., tonight at the Greek Theatre, with the Black Madonna opening.
► Matt Maeson does a sold-out show at the Troubadour behind his album “Bank on the Funeral,” joined by Betcha.
► Stephen Malkmus is back for a second night at the Lodge Room. Ana Roxanne opens.
► And Canadian rockers the Strumbellas play the Fonda Theatre in support of their new album “Rattlesnake,” with the Moth & the Flame supporting.
