Austin duo Black Pumas, acclaimed Latin folk-pop artist Y La Bamba and indie auteur Andrew Bird will perform at KCRW’s Santa Monica College headquarters as part the free KCRW Summer Nights series.

Taking place on the first three Saturdays in August, the free, all-ages KCRW HQ shows (at 1660 Stewart St., Santa Monica) will also feature a set from the radio station’s DJs, food trucks, beverages and record vendors.

Black Pumas, the collaboration between 27-year-old Eric Burton and Grammy-winning guitarist/producer Adrian Quesada, released their self-titled debut album of psychedelic soul last week on ATO Records. Fronted by Luz Elena Mendoza, Y La Bamba released the widely praised album “Mujeres” in February. And Bird, who headlined the Wiltern earlier this month, released his latest, “My Finest Work Yet,” in March.
