Mayer Hawthorne, BØRNS, Psychedelic Furs to kick off Santa Monica Pier series

Mayer Hawthorne, BØRNS and the Psychedelic Furs play the first three weeks of the Twilight Concerts series at the Santa Monica Pier. The 10-week run of free Thursday night shows kicks off July 7.

Twilight Concerts are the linchpin of the wide-ranging KCRW Summer Nights series, which was announced today. It includes events at L.A.’s Chinatown, the Hammer Museum, the Annenberg Space for Photography, One Colorado in Pasadena and — new this year — the Anaheim Packing District in Orange County and the Museum of Contemporary Art Santa Barbara.

Here’s what’s been announced so far:
