On the Water Festival debuts Oct. 12-13 with Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads, 311 and more

Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads and 311 head up the lineup for the inaugural On The Water Festival at Huntington State Beach on Oct. 12-13.

Slightly Stoopid will perform two sets, electric on Saturday and acoustic on Sunday. The lineup for the KROQ-presented event also features Chronixx, J Boog, The Interrupters, Alborosie, The Expendables, Hirie, The Expanders and Law, with more to be announced.

Tickets go on sale here at 10 a.m. Friday.
