L.A. rock trio and protegés of the late Tom Petty, The Shelters dropped in on the Moroccan Lounge for an intimate set with big sound.

The band – Chase Simpson (guitar/vocals), Josh Jove (also guitar/vocals) and Sebastian Harris (drums) played songs off their Petty-produced, 2016 self-titled debut in addition to their new single “You’re Different” off their forthcoming sophomore album. Not even the soundproofed walls of the Moroccan Lounge could contain the fuzz of their surf swagger and waves of synth swells.
