L.A. concerts for Friday:

► Kacey Musgraves brings her Oh, What a World Tour to the Greek Theatre for the first of two nights. Poolside opens.
► Raphael Saadiq does a sold-out show at the El Rey Theatre in support of his new album “Jimmy Lee,” out today.
► Portland’s Pink Martini starts a three-night run at the Hollywood Bowl, and tonight’s openers are Violent Femmes. The Hollywood Bowl Orchestra is along for the ride with both artists.
► Ty Segall & Freedom Band play the fifth of their 10 Friday night residency shows at the Teragram Ballroom, performing the new album “First Taste” along with 2011’s “Goodbye Bread.” Oog Bogo opens.
► Tuxedo — the duo of Mayer Hawthorne and Jake One — funks things up at the Globe Theatre in support of their new album “Tuxedo III.” DJ Battlecat sets stage.
► His debut album just out, Pasadena’s Jack Symes [see “Songs for Moms”] holds forth at the Lodge Room, supported by Runnner and Georgia Greene.
► And long-running Japanese pop-punk band Shonen Knife headline the Bootleg Theater, with Me Like Bees supporting.
