MUNA kicked off their hometown show Thursday night at the Lodge Room with the single “Number One Fan,” a pep talk about self-love — i.e., be your own biggest supporter.

It was clear from the giddy atmosphere in the sold-out room that MUNA themselves have no shortage of No. 1 fans. The L.A.-based trio of Katie Gavin, Josette Maskin and Naomi McPherson were all smiles, and the crowd matched them in good cheer, dancing and singing along to tunes from MUNA’s new album “Saves the World.”

MUNA’s 15-song set was divided almost equally between songs from the new album, their second, and older material. The show was the second of two sold-out nights at the Highland Park venue, both featuring New Zealand pop singer Chelsea Jade as the opener.

Setlist: Number One Fan, Stayaway, Crying On The Bathroom Floor, Around U, Never, Navy Blue, Everything, Winterbreak, Pink Light, Who, Hands Off, Good News (Ya-Ya Song), Loudspeaker, I Know A Place, It’s Gonna Be Okay, Baby
