Coming to the end of a brief North American tour, Perth, Australia’s Pond took control of the Fonda Theatre late on Sunday night. Coasting through a set comprised mostly of songs from their two latest records “The Weather” (2017) and “Tasmania,” which was released earlier this year, Pond captured the crowd’s attention and soon had them all bouncing along to their psychedelic tunes. Local act Maraschino, who joined Pond for their previous show in San Francisco, opened up the show.
