L.A. concerts for Tuesday:

Brittany Howard (of Alabama Shakes) does the first of two nights at the Theatre at Ace Hotel in support of her solo album “Jaime,” with Bardo opening.
► British punk rockers IDLES [see our recap from May’s show] swing back through Los Angeles for a date at the Wiltern, with Surfbort supporting.
Joshua Radin does the first of two nights at the Troubadour in support of his new album “Here, Right Now,” with the Weepies and Lily Kershaw opening.
Dropkick Murphys bring their high-volume fall tour to the Palladium, joined by Clutch, Hatebreed and Russ Rankin.
Bad Religion headline the Observatory in support of their aptly named new album “Age of Unreason” (their 17th full-length). The Lawrence Arms and Emily Davis & the Murder Police open.
Grandson visits the Fonda Theatre in support of his new EP “A Modern Tragedy, Vol. 3,” with Nothing, Nowhere supporting.
► Pop trio Twin XL headline the Bootleg Theater in support of their EP “How to Talk to Strangers,” with Little Hurt supporting.
► And Nashville rockers the Band Camino do a second sold-out night at the El Rey Theatre, with Valley opening.
