► The inimitable Lucinda Williams plans a career-spanning set for her night at the Orpheum Theatre.

► Y La Bamba, who have released the new EP “Entre Los Dos” to follow up their acclaimed album “Mujeres,” swing back through L.A. for a show at 1720, joined by Gardens & Villa and Ocho Ojos.
► Shovels & Rope headline the Regent Theater in support of their latest album “By Blood,” with John Paul White opening.
