► Twenty-two-year-old Omar Apollo brings his “Speed of Sound” tour to the Fonda Theatre for the first of two nights. Dijon and Silver Sphere open.
Billy Corgan does the second of three nights at the Lodge Room.
Sudan Archives does a sold-out show at the Moroccan Lounge in support of her new album “Athena,” with Brittany Bueno supporting.
► Latinx powerhouse San Cha headlines the Echoplex behind her new album “La Luz de la Esperanza,” with YANGA opening.
Jolie Holland does an intimate night at Zebulon, joined by Rupa & the April Fishes.
► Belgian trio Brutus rock the Echo in support of their new album “Nest” (out on L.A.-based Sargent House). Storefront Church and Iress open.
► Cincinnati indie-rockers Carriers visit the Hi Hat, supported by Nick Flessa and Izaak Opatz.
► And Australian trio Dune Rats, who just announced they have a new album arriving in January, rock the Satellite, with Blushh and Reckling supporting.
