Matt & Kim bring their “Grand 10 Year Celebration Tour” to the Novo, with Beach Goons supporting.
► Seattle singer-songwriter Noah Gundersen headlines the Teragram Ballroom in support of his new album “Love.” Get there early for Scott Ruth.
Robert Forster (of Aussie greats the Go-Betweens), on his first North American tour in a decade, does a solo show at the Echoplex in support of his latest album “Inferno.”
► With his fourth album “I Need a New War” just out, Craig Finn (once of the Hold Steady) brings his Craig Finn & the Uptown Controllers to the Bootleg Theater. Cassandra Jenkins opens.
Built to Spill, celebrating 20 years of “Keep It Like a Secret,” do the first of three sold-out nights at the Troubadour, with Slam Dunk and the Hand supporting.
► San Diego’s Chon rocks the Wiltern, supported by Between the Buried & Me and Intervals.
► And L.A. duo Frenship do an intimate night at the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever in support of their new EP “Vacation Versions,” which features re-imagined takes on the songs from their album “Vacation.”
