Virgin Fest coming to Los Angeles in June

Virgin Fest is coming to Los Angeles next year, billionaire Richard Branson announced this week (from atop the new Banc of California Stadium).

The festival coincides with the 50th anniversary of Virgin Records. It will be held June 6-7 at Banc of California Stadium and adjoining Exposition Park.

The lineup is expected to be announced early next year. As Billboard details here, Virgin Fest recently acquired San Diego’s KAABOO Festival and announced it would move from Del Mar Fairgrounds to Petco Park.
