► “Let’s Go Crazy: The Grammy Salute to Prince” brings Beck, Common, Gary Clark Jr., Earth, Wind & Fire, Foo Fighters, H.E.R., Juanes, Alicia Keys, John Legend, Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Mavis Staples, St. Vincent and Usher to the Los Angeles Convention Center for a concert to honor the late star.
► Georgi Kay, who is preparing to release an EP of “reimagined” tracks from her 2018 album “Where I Go to Disappear,” plays a show at Resident, joined by Oriah and Nadia Vaeh. [See Kay’s new versions of “Scary People” and “Lone Wolf.”]
► Canadian composer-pianist Jean-Michel Blais plays the Lodge Room.
► Forty Feet Tall rock the Satellite, joined by Cosmo Gold and War Strings.
